Our Story

Ross Hunter, LIVIS Founder, has spent over two decades working across elite sport, global consultancy and enterprise leadership environments.

One insight became increasingly clear: the behaviours shaping leadership, decision-making and organisational performance were rarely understood objectively.

In elite sport, performance is analysed relentlessly. Decisions are reviewed. Interactions are studied. Patterns are identified. Nothing important is left purely to instinct or opinion.

Yet in many organisations, the behaviours shaping performance remain largely invisible.

As work becomes increasingly digital, understanding how performance is actually created is becoming harder, not easier.

Ross came to describe this challenge as Performance Blindness.
