Our Story
Ross Hunter, our Founder, has spent over two decades helping organisations, teams and individuals understand how people really show up at work. His mission is simple: to make human behaviour measurable so decisions about people are based on evidence, not opinion.
The inspiration for LIVIS was born in elite sport. As Head Coach of an international team, Ross saw how analysing real events and interactions gave coaches and players extraordinary clarity. Performance improved, but so did team selection, recruitment and decision making. Nothing was left to chance. Every moment could be analysed, understood and learned from.
That experience reshaped his understanding of how people decisions are made. Moving into global consultancy and a FTSE 20 organisation, he saw the difference starkly. Without properly measuring behaviour, many decisions about people — hiring, leadership and development — relied on instinct rather than evidence.
LIVIS was created to change that. By capturing real moments and turning them into measurable, expert led insight, we bring the discipline of elite performance analysis into everyday environments. Transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest, processed within our secure AWS environment, and not used to train AI models or shared with providers.

No analysis happens without clear permission. Individuals are informed and consent to the use of their interactions, and insight is shared with the appropriate parties based on the purpose of the analysis.

Getting started with LIVIS is designed to be simple.
You choose the behavioural insight product that fits your needs — Feedback Basic, Advanced, or Pro — provide a small amount of context, and complete your payment. You’ll then receive a secure licence giving you access to the platform, where you can upload your transcript and confirm consent. LIVIS analyses the interaction and returns clear, objective expert-led behaviour insight you can use straight away.

LIVIS works with transcripts from virtual or in-person conversations, including meetings, interviews, one-to-ones, and coaching sessions.
Transcripts can be generated using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Otter, or similar services. For best results, we recommend a single setting (virtual or in-person rather than hybrid) with clear audio and speaker separation. We provide a Quick Guide to help you prepare and upload transcripts easily.

Yes. LIVIS supports both individual and team-level feedback.
For teams or groups, analysis focuses on shared patterns and dynamics across conversations rather than individual behaviour. Team-level insight is anonymised by default in reporting. Whoever uploads the transcript is responsible for ensuring participants are aware and comfortable with the analysis, helping create the trust needed for honest, real-world conversations.

Confidentiality is non-negotiable.
LIVIS processes transcripts securely within Amazon Web Services using Amazon Bedrock, with encryption in transit and at rest. Our analysis focuses on how language is used — the patterns and structures that shape performance — not the confidential content itself.
Where additional reassurance is needed, identifying or sensitive information can be redacted before analysis. Transcripts are never used to train AI models and are not shared beyond the LIVIS platform.

Consent is built into how LIVIS works.
Before any analysis takes place, people are clearly told what will be analysed, how their data is protected, and who will (and won’t) see the results.
Individuals are informed and consent to how their interactions will be used. Insight is shared with the appropriate individuals or organisations based on the agreed purpose of the analysis. Team-level insight is anonymised by default in reporting, so leaders see patterns and dynamics rather than named individuals.

Yes, LIVIS uses AI selectively and responsibly.
We use models accessed via Amazon Bedrock to support structured pattern recognition against established expert behavioural frameworks — not to interpret meaning, make decisions, or replace human judgement.
All outputs are reviewed and shaped by experienced behaviour experts. Technology supports accuracy and consistency; experts remain accountable for insight and relevance.

LIVIS operates entirely within Amazon Web Services (AWS), using enterprise-grade security trusted by banks and regulated organisations.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), with strict access controls and role-based permissions. Content submitted to Amazon Bedrock is not used to train AI models and is not shared with model providers. Transcripts are retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the agreed service, in line with our Data-Retention policy.
