Our Story

LIVIS founders, Ross Hunter and Dr Annabel Haldane, came from very different worlds, yet reached the same conclusion: performance can only be improved when the behaviours driving it are understood objectively.

Ross spent over two decades working across elite sport, global consultancy and enterprise leadership. One insight became increasingly clear: in elite performance environments, behaviour is analysed relentlessly. Decisions are reviewed. Interactions are studied. Patterns are identified. Yet in many organisations, the behaviours shaping leadership, communication, trust and decision-making remain largely invisible.

Annabel's career followed a different path. As a Clinical Psychologist, she has spent her career understanding how behaviour changes—and what prevents it from changing. From working with individuals to designing large-scale behaviour change programmes, one principle remained constant: lasting change starts with understanding what is really happening.

Although their careers took different paths, they realised they had reached the same conclusion from opposite directions.

Together, those experiences became the foundation of LIVIS.
