Data Privacy Notice

LIVIS helps organisations understand the behaviour patterns shaping leadership, communication, decision-making and organisational performance through the analysis of real interactions.

We take privacy, consent and responsible data handling seriously and design them into how LIVIS operates.

This notice explains what data we process, why we process it and how we protect it.

Who we are

LIVIS Analytics ("LIVIS", "we", "us") provides behaviour risk intelligence and organisational behaviour insight based on real organisational interactions, including meetings, conversations and interviews.

Depending on the engagement:

  • LIVIS may act as a Data Controller for direct engagements

  • LIVIS may act as a Data Processor when working on behalf of a consultancy, partner or organisation

The applicable role will always be explained before any data is processed.

What data we process

We process conversational and behaviour data, which may include:

  • Written or spoken transcripts of organisational interactions

  • Behaviour patterns and communication indicators derived from those interactions

  • Limited participant information required to deliver agreed services, such as names or email addresses where necessary

LIVIS is not focused on the subject matter of conversations. Our focus is on the behaviour patterns shaping communication, trust, leadership and decision-making.

How LIVIS protects people by default

LIVIS is designed to support responsible organisational insight — not individual surveillance.

By default, LIVIS:

  • Processes data securely within Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure using Amazon Bedrock

  • Encrypts data in transit and at rest

  • Uses AI models within secure, non-training environments — customer data is never used to train public AI models

  • Focuses analysis on behaviour patterns and organisational dynamics rather than monitoring individuals

  • Prioritises team, function and organisation-level visibility where appropriate

  • Supports anonymisation and redaction of confidential or identifying information where required

  • Combines AI-driven analysis with expert interpretation and human oversight

How consent works

Before any analysis takes place, participants receive clear information explaining:

  • What will be analysed

  • What the analysis is designed to understand

  • How outputs may be used and shared

  • How data is protected and retained

  • How consent can be withdrawn

Consent is obtained explicitly before analysis takes place. Participation is voluntary and consent can be withdrawn at any time.

How insight is shared

LIVIS is designed to provide behaviour visibility responsibly and proportionately.

Depending on the engagement:

  • Organisations may receive aggregated behaviour insight and pattern-level visibility

  • Teams may receive anonymised behaviour themes and trends

  • Individual-level visibility is only provided where explicitly agreed and consented to

LIVIS does not sell data or share identifiable insight beyond agreed engagement structures.

How long we keep data

We retain data only for as long as necessary to deliver agreed services and generate behavioural insight.

Raw transcripts are retained securely only where operationally necessary and in line with LIVIS’s Data Retention Policy.

Customer data is never used to train public AI models.
