Our Story
Ross Hunter, our Founder, has spent over two decades unlocking potential across organisations, teams, and individuals. His mission is clear: to make feedback clear, objective, and transformative — revealing the behaviours that unlock real performance and growth.
The inspiration for LIVIS was born in elite sport. As Head Coach of an international team, Ross saw how analysis of real events and continuous feedback gave players the clarity to perform at their peak. Nothing was left to chance — every conversation, every moment, became a chance to learn and improve.
That experience reshaped his understanding of high performance. Moving into global consultancy and a FTSE 20 organisation, he saw the difference starkly: without real feedback and behavioural clarity, people were operating in the dark — performance unmeasured, progress uncertain, potential untapped.
